"Otto' could be first hurricane to make landfall in Costa Rica since al least 1851" the Washington Post quoted.
Hurricane Otto hit our communities further north, last November.
Floods, rains and high winds were able to destroy entire communities despite intense alert actions by the emergency commission.
Because good things should be shared, we are glad to share with you some pictures of our aid campaign to help victims of Hurricane Otto.
It is our commitment to be active players in our economy, but also in our society and those most in need.
Because helping is always a source of joy.
We went to the task of reaching directly to some of the families affected by the passage of Hurricane Otto, in the Northern Zone of the country.
Thanks to the voluntary and disinterested help of our collaborator Yahaira Hidalgo, we were able to help around 6 families in the "La Virgen de Upala" area, to whom we delivered essential items.
